::Siput Sedut Masak Kicap::

Really, I don't the name in English. But everyone knows siput sedut right? This is our menu today at my mum's place..

Ingredients:
2kg of Siput Sedut -trimmed the back shells.
Shallots
Ginger
Garlic
Chillies
Lemongrass
Oyster sauce
Soya sauce
Chilli sauce
2tbspoon cooking oil

Methods:
Blend all the ingredients (exclude the sauces) & lemongrass.
Heat oil in a big wok.
Saute all the blended ingredient & the lemongrass.
Mix in the soya sauce, chilli sauce & oyster sauce. Last, goes in the snails.. Cook well about 10 minutes & ready to serve.
